Relevance of the Program: Avalamb means - Support or cooperation, which is the basis of
creation. It is evident everywhere in nature that cooperation has an important role in construction. The
Avalamb foundation is an effort to address the lack of such cooperation. This organization is trying to
support children for their health and education from birth till they reach adolescence. In this support,
special attention is paid to the girl child because the organization believes that females are the
strongest link for the proper development of any family, society, or country.
Objectives of the Program:
- 1. Resister as many children as possible under this program
- 2. Provide quality Healthcare and education services to the needy newborns and children.
Facilities
- 1. Take care of newborns by providing 100% support to females and 25% support to males in Neonatal
Intensive Care units (NICU) of enlisted hospitals
- 2. Free follow up with a registered pediatrician in our foundation for the first 7 days and thereafter once
in a year till the age of 20 years.
- 3. Assistance of 25% bed-charge in enlisted hospitals for the treatment from childhood to adolescence.
- 4. 25% support for tution fees in the enlisted schools upto intermediate.
Terms and conditions
- 1. All Health & Education facilities will be provided only in enlisted hospitals/clinics and educational
institutions.
- 2. Newborn facilities will be provided only to those parents who had registered the pregnancy in the
antenatal period.
- 3. 100% help to female neonates will be provided only if gross family income <2.5 lakh/year & approved
by the Chairman.
- 4. The Child health facilities will be provided up to the age of 20 years and only to those registered
individuals who were completely vaccinated as per Universal Immunization Programme and visited the
enlisted clinics at least once in a year for illness or routine follow up
- 5. Educational facilities will be provided to all those registered individuals whom attendance is ≥80% in
the institution and belong to a financially weaker section of the society (Gross family income is <1.5
lakh/year).
- 6. Offered support can be provided upto 100% as per requirement and financial condition only after
approval by the board of trustees.
- 7. Offered facilities will provide only after complete registration and issuance of registration
card/Membership card.
- 8. Registration will be cancelled itself if term & conditions are found being violated at any time. Reregistration/renewal will be done only after approval by the board of trustees.
- 9. Facilities/ Terms & conditions can be modified at any time in the future by the board of trustees.
- 10. One time registration fees is Rs.2100 per children for capable families. Registration of poor children
(BPL) is free only after approval by the board of trustees
- 11. Photocopy of Aadhar card (applicant) is compulsory for registration.
At present, our country and society is going through a difficult phase.
Everyone is being directly or indirectly affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Those
families are completely shattered, in which some unexpected event occurs due to
this pandemic. The foundation has started its project “SAHYOG” to support the
education of the children of such families.
The organization believes that compromise with the education of children
affects them badly and changes the framework of their entire future. Therefore,
in this time of crisis, the foundation has pledged to cooperate in the education of
the children of those COVID-19 afflicted families, which are so much affected by
the pandemic that they are unable to provide quality education to their children.
Objectives:
- 1. To provide a bright future to the children of COVID-19 afflicted families by
assisting them in quality education at any appropriate place.
- 2. To develop the spirit of cooperation among the people in the society
- 3. To prepare such a young generation through this programme, which
believe in the spirit of cooperation
Eligibility and Process to get benefit of the project “SAHYOG”
- 1. Any Indian family can enroll under this programme
- 2. The enrollment process is completely free
- 3. For enrollment, basic information (Name, age, sex, Address, Mobile, and
Aadhar) of applicant is required to provide on Whatsapp-9511064130.
- 4. Enrollment is not compulsory but preference will be given to already
enrolled people. We also help those families which are not enrolled.
- 5. If any mishappening (casualty/job issues etc.) occurred in one’s family due
to COVID-19, then that family can ask for help by providing necessary
documents.
- 6. Eligible families have to visit the head office of Avalamb Foundation with all
necessary documents to complete the process of registration. *(Enrollment
and registration both are different procedures. Enrollment only ensures the
preference as per enrollment number. Registration is to submit the duly
signed registration form with all listed documents.)
- 7. After registration, tution fees will directly pay to the school
(monthly/quarterly/yearly basis) within 7 working days after attendance
make available in office of the foundation by parents/guardian.
- 8. List of necessary documents required for final registration:
a. Aadhar card of applicant
b. Passport size photograph of applicant & beneficiary
c. Birth certificate of beneficiary
d. Mishappening proof
e. Income certificate
f. ID card/Proof of admission
g. Tution fees document
h. Bank account number of the school
Terms and conditions:
- 1. The benefits of this program will be provided only to the children of all
enrolled and non-enrolled needy COVID-19 afflicted families. Enrolled
families will be given preference on the basis of enrollment number.
- 2. COVID-19 afflicted families refers to those families who have been so much
affected by the untimely event due to the pandemic that they have been
unable to provide quality education to their children and the gross family
income reduced to less than 1.5 lakh/year.
- 3. According to its capacity, foundation will support only limited number of
children for their education, which will be decided by the Board of trustees.
- 4. In order to avail educational facilities under this program, it will be
mandatory for every beneficiary to get general registration in the
foundation and to submit supporting documents (%Attendance and income
certificate etc) every year.
- 5. Educational facilities will be provided only to the registered children up to
the age of 20 years, whose attendance is more than 80% in the schools and
belong to COVID-19 afflicted family.
- 6. The foundation will provide maximum financial assistance of up to Rs. 1000
per month to each beneficiary for education. According to the qualification
and requirement of the student, the limit of financial support can be
changed by the board of trustees.
- 7. Registration will be cancelled itself if term & conditions are found being
violated at any time. Re-registration/renewal will be done only after
approval by the board of trustees.
- 8. Facilities/ Terms & conditions can be modified at any time in the future by
the board of trustees.
Relevance of the Program: Our final goal is to support the children for their health and
education, for which we need to remain closer to them. Through this program we can help the parents
in emergency situations by guiding them to a proper health facility, career counseling of children can
be arranged by experts, education material can be shared on WhatsApp and we can inform about our
services and programs.

Offered Facilities
- 1. Appointment basis consultation on WhatsApp and Phone up to 16 years between 7 am to 11 pm.
- 2. Charitable consultation charges in rural areas for Farmers and Labourers.
- 3. Sharing education material related to newborn care, immunization, nutrition and child safety.
- 4. Career counseling and guidance of the needy students.
Terms and Conditions:
- 1. Completed Google form and registration ID of Paramarsh Program.
- 2. Offered facilities will be provided only by empanelled doctors and career counselors.
- 3. Facilities/Terms & conditions can be modified at any time in the future by the board of trustees.
Relevance of the Program: This is a well known fact that awareness about FGM & BFHI,
availability of trained healthcare person at the time of birth, availability of postnatal newborn
management facilities and cost of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a big question mark on the intact
survival of newborns. As per data, our society still has a biased view for male and female newborn
treatment. Through this program we are taking an initiative to act as a bridge between newborns and
deficits by our awareness materials/programs and financial support. As we agreed on this aspect of
social biasing for male female newborn treatment we also have a biased view for help (50% to male
and 100% to female newborns).
Objectives of the Program:
- 1. Resister as many pregnant females as possible under this program.
- 2. Counseling for delivery by a trained healthcare person in the presence of NRP trained staff.
- 3. Ensuring the intact survival of newborns to decrease the burden on family and society
Offered Facilities
- 1. Sharing awareness materials during the antenatal period.
- 2. To provide proper newborn transport service.
- 3. Financial support on the bed charge of NICU (50% to male and 100%to female).
- 4. 10% discount on vaccines.
Terms and Conditions:
- 1. Completed Google form and registration ID of Suraksha Program.
- 2. Offered facilities will be provided only at the empanelled hospitals and vaccination centres.
- 3. Facilities/Terms & conditions can be modified or terminated at any time in the future by the board of trustees.
I am well understood about the facilities along with the terms and conditions of registration as beneficiary. I
also agree that my registration may be terminated immediately without giving any offered facilities if the
Avalamb foundation concludes that I have violated any rules, regulations and general instructions declared by
the foundation. I am well aware of the fact that if the information given by me is proved false at any point of time, the
benefits availed of by me or the benefits accrued to me shall be summarily cancelled.
