Project “SAHYOG” for COVID-19 afflicted Families

Overview:

At present, our country and society is going through a difficult phase. Everyone is being directly or indirectly affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Those families are completely shattered, in which some unexpected event occurs due to this pandemic. The foundation has started its project “SAHYOG” to support the education of the children of such families.
The organization believes that compromise with the education of children affects them badly and changes the framework of their entire future. Therefore, in this time of crisis, the foundation has pledged to cooperate in the education of the children of those COVID-19 afflicted families, which are so much affected by the pandemic that they are unable to provide quality education to their children.

Objectives:

• 1. To provide a bright future to the children of COVID-19 afflicted families by assisting them in quality education at any appropriate place.
• 2. To develop the spirit of cooperation among the people in the society
• 3. To prepare such a young generation through this programme, which believe in the spirit of cooperation

Eligibility and Process to get benefit of the project “SAHYOG”

• 1. Any Indian family can enroll under this programme
• 2. The enrollment process is completely free
• 3. For enrollment, basic information (Name, age, sex, Address, Mobile, and Aadhar) of applicant is required to provide on Whatsapp-9511064130.
• 4. Enrollment is not compulsory but preference will be given to already enrolled people. We also help those families which are not enrolled.
• 5. If any mishappening (casualty/job issues etc.) occurred in one’s family due to COVID-19, then that family can ask for help by providing necessary documents.
• 6. Eligible families have to visit the head office of Avalamb Foundation with all necessary documents to complete the process of registration. *(Enrollment and registration both are different procedures. Enrollment only ensures the preference as per enrollment number. Registration is to submit the duly signed registration form with all listed documents.)
• 7. After registration, tution fees will directly pay to the school (monthly/quarterly/yearly basis) within 7 working days after attendance make available in office of the foundation by parents/guardian.
• 8. List of necessary documents required for final registration:
  a. Aadhar card of applicant
  b. Passport size photograph of applicant & beneficiary
  c. Birth certificate of beneficiary
  d. Mishappening proof
  e. Income certificate
  f. ID card/Proof of admission
  g. Tution fees document
  h. Bank account number of the school
  

Terms and conditions:

• 1. The benefits of this program will be provided only to the children of all enrolled and non-enrolled needy COVID-19 afflicted families. Enrolled families will be given preference on the basis of enrollment number.
• 2. COVID-19 afflicted families refers to those families who have been so much affected by the untimely event due to the pandemic that they have been unable to provide quality education to their children and the gross family income reduced to less than 1.5 lakh/year.
• 3. According to its capacity, foundation will support only limited number of children for their education, which will be decided by the Board of trustees.
• 4. In order to avail educational facilities under this program, it will be mandatory for every beneficiary to get general registration in the foundation and to submit supporting documents (%Attendance and income certificate etc) every year.
• 5. Educational facilities will be provided only to the registered children up to the age of 20 years, whose attendance is more than 80% in the schools and belong to COVID-19 afflicted family.
• 6. The foundation will provide maximum financial assistance of up to Rs. 1000 per month to each beneficiary for education. According to the qualification and requirement of the student, the limit of financial support can be changed by the board of trustees.
• 7. Registration will be cancelled itself if term & conditions are found being violated at any time. Re-registration/renewal will be done only after approval by the board of trustees.
• 8. Facilities/ Terms & conditions can be modified at any time in the future by the board of trustees.
