Avalamb

Relevance of the Program: Avalamb means - Support or cooperation, which is the basis of creation. It is evident everywhere in nature that cooperation has an important role in construction. The Avalamb foundation is an effort to address the lack of such cooperation. This organization is trying to support children for their health and education from birth till they reach adolescence. In this support, special attention is paid to the girl child because the organization believes that females are the strongest link for the proper development of any family, society, or country.

Objectives of the Program:
  • 1. Resister as many children as possible under this program
  • 2. Provide quality Healthcare and education services to the needy newborns and children.
Facilities
  • 1. Take care of newborns by providing 100% support to females and 25% support to males in Neonatal Intensive Care units (NICU) of enlisted hospitals
  • 2. Free follow up with a registered pediatrician in our foundation for the first 7 days and thereafter once in a year till the age of 20 years.
  • 3. Assistance of 25% bed-charge in enlisted hospitals for the treatment from childhood to adolescence.
  • 4. 25% support for tution fees in the enlisted schools upto intermediate.
Terms and conditions
  • 1. All Health & Education facilities will be provided only in enlisted hospitals/clinics and educational institutions.
  • 2. Newborn facilities will be provided only to those parents who had registered the pregnancy in the antenatal period.
  • 3. 100% help to female neonates will be provided only if gross family income <2.5 lakh/year & approved by the Chairman.
  • 4. The Child health facilities will be provided up to the age of 20 years and only to those registered individuals who were completely vaccinated as per Universal Immunization Programme and visited the enlisted clinics at least once in a year for illness or routine follow up
  • 5. Educational facilities will be provided to all those registered individuals whom attendance is ≥80% in the institution and belong to a financially weaker section of the society (Gross family income is <1.5 lakh/year).
  • 6. Offered support can be provided upto 100% as per requirement and financial condition only after approval by the board of trustees.
  • 7. Offered facilities will provide only after complete registration and issuance of registration card/Membership card.
  • 8. Registration will be cancelled itself if term & conditions are found being violated at any time. Reregistration/renewal will be done only after approval by the board of trustees.
  • 9. Facilities/ Terms & conditions can be modified at any time in the future by the board of trustees.
  • 10. One time registration fees is Rs.2100 per children for capable families. Registration of poor children (BPL) is free only after approval by the board of trustees
  • 11. Photocopy of Aadhar card (applicant) is compulsory for registration.
